When you send your kit to our accredited lab, it is marked with a unique barcode, not your name.
The lab processes the sample and returns the data linked only to that code.
Only your authorised practitioner can re-link that code to your profile to generate your personalised report.
International Processing: As a global service, your data may be transferred and processed in countries outside of your home jurisdiction (including the UK, EEA, or US) by our accredited laboratory partners. All transfers are protected by strict data processing agreements in compliance with UK GDPR.
Encryption: All digital data is encrypted at rest and during transit.
Sample Destruction: Biological samples are typically destroyed by the laboratory within 3 to 6 months of processing, subject to regulatory quality control and accreditation standards.
